Do You Own or Work in a Nurse Practitioner-Owned Primary Care Clinic and are interested in participating in a Quality Improvement project on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus?
If so, AANP would like to hear from you. AANP and the Med-IQ Quality Improvement Institute, a leader in innovative quality improvement and continuing education initiatives,
have partnered on a QI-focused activity on improving care for patients with Type 2 Diabetes who need insulin. This is an exceptional opportunity to participate in an initiative
to mitigate delayed insulin initiation and advancement of therapy. Compensation is available for the clinics and providers involved in this project. If you are interested and
work in an NP-owned primary care setting that does not specialize in the treatment of diabetes, please take a quick survey
to see if you might qualify to participate in this quality improvement project.
Post Program Impact Surveys: How Important are they?
The AANP CE Center has a feature that sends out invitations to complete short post program impact surveys for select CE activities.
These optional survey invitations are sent out 30 to 90 days after a NP has completed the CE program.
They help measure the overall impact of the education content, see how the material impacts practice behaviors and what changes are being made as a result.
This anonymous information is crucial in helping the Education department improve current activities as well as guiding us in planning future CE activities.
Please add CECenter@aanp.org to your address book to receive these important invitations.
Finding Your CE Activity
Once you have registered an activity to complete, you will find it under My Account: Products. This is a complete list of all your CE programs with their status.
You can sort by title, program status (complete, pending), delivery type and date range.
