Jeffrey Kwong, DNP, MPH, AGPCNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Jeffrey Kwong is an adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and professor in the Division of Advanced Nursing Practice at Rutgers School of Nursing. He maintains a clinical practice at NYU Langone in New York City. He currently serves as Co-Chair of AANP's Infectious Disease and HIV Specialty Community, is Co-Medical Director for the American Academy of HIV Medicine's HIV and Aging Initiative, and a Clinical Ambassador for the CDC's "Let's Stop HIV Together" Initiative. Dr. Kwong is a fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nursing.
Jason Farley, PhD, MPH, MSN, ANP-BC, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. Jason Farley is an endowed Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where he directs the Center for Infectious Disease and Nursing Innovation. He practices in the Bartlett Specialty Practice for Infectious Disease within the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He has published more than 120 peer-reviewed scientific papers and his infectious disease research has been funded by NIH, CDC, HRSA, Global Fund as well as multiple pharmaceutical agencies. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
