Incretin-Based Therapies in the Management of T2DM (0.75 CE which includes 0.75 pharmacology credit): The goal of this activity is to assist primary care clinicians to address glycemic variability in patients with T2DM with a focus on the optimal use of GLP-1 receptor agonists and DPP-4 inhibitors in individualized treatment regimens. This case based learning activity is complimentary to members and non-members alike. It was developed by the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians (NJAFP), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) in cooperation with MCM Education and supported by an educational grant from Novo Nordisk Inc.
