Overview The aim of this review is to support primary care NPs in the outpatient setting, who must determine the length of Dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) as part of a long-term post-ACS care strategy. Current guideline recommendations regarding the choice of P2Y12 inhibitor and duration of DAPT in patients with ACS are reviewed.
