Overview Join Dr. Lisa Anderson as she walks through the prevalence and impact social media has on adolescents in addition to breaking down each type of social media and the differences with each user group. Dr. Anderson defines the meaning of digital addiction and identifies negative outcomes with digital usage while also recognizing the positive outcomes. Viewers will learn three interventions to assist with improving digital usage in adolescents and resources available to help with problematic internet use and positive parenting training programs.
