    This activity awards the Program Certificate of Completion for the Obesity Management Foundations for the Primary Care Clinician - Obesity Care through the Lifespan program if a learner has all 11 participation codes from the completion of all 11 program sessions (codes are located on the certificates of completion awarded at the end of each session). 

    The Program Certificate of Completion is a non-credit bearing certificate. Any CE associated with the individual sessions completed as part of this program would have been awarded at the session level. If you need to provide proof of CE earned for the completion of any content from this program, please use the certificates of completion earned at the end of each session (not this overall program certificate) when submitting documentation to your regulatory bodies.  

    If you have not previously completed any content for the Obesity Management Foundations for the Primary Care Clinician program and would be interested in taking the full program, you can register for all sessions or selected sessions by going to the full activity bundle page here: Obesity Management Foundations for the Primary Care Clinician Bundle Registration

    If you are only interested in taking some of the sessions in this series, but not concerned about completing all for the overall program certificate, you can sign up for any of the 11 sessions as individual registrations that will award CE and a certificate of completion per session completed.
