    AANP Leadership Academy



    The Jan Towers Foundational Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership program that empowers Nurse Practitioners to excel in modern healthcare leadership roles. This program consists of 13 sessions that will deepen your understanding of contemporary leadership and management principles, enhance emotional intelligence, and explore diverse leadership styles.

    The learner will develop core competencies in building and guiding high-performance healthcare teams, employing strategic influence, and managing professional relationships effectively within complex healthcare organizations. Ethics and organizational vision are integral themes, fostering ethical decision-making and strategic planning skills. The program also emphasizes personal growth, guiding NPs to harness their passion, improve time management, and position themselves as emerging healthcare leaders committed to positively influencing their practice environments and patient outcomes.   
       
    Completion of this program is a prerequisite for admittance into the AANP Leadership Academy - Loretta Ford Visionary Leadership Program.
