This program is a one-hour interactive activity hosted by an interprofessional expert panel on the topic of resistant hypertension. Faculty review the epidemiology and clinical presentation of resistant hypertension; discuss the diagnosis of resistant hypertension and strategies to assess the undetected causes of secondary hypertension; and describe current guidelines, algorithms and the development of treatment plans for patients with resistant hypertension.
