Overview Many patients with plaque psoriasis experience negative health consequences that could be prevented or improved with optimal evidence-based care. This activity will address management of plaque psoriasis, including establishing treatment targets and tailoring treatment, as well as addressing comorbid conditions and engaging with patients to improve treatment satisfaction and adherence.
It also provides the opportunity for those who complete the program to pose questions for faculty in an “Ask the Expert” feature!CE Credit Instructions

Objectives Upon completion of this presentation, the learner will be able to:
Screen patients diagnosed with plaque psoriasis for depression, anxiety, and other common comorbid conditions.
Review treatment options and create individualized plaque psoriasis management plans based on severity and comorbidities using shared decision--making model.
